What is bookkeeping? Are you a CPA?
Bookkeeping is the process of recording and organizing your financial transactions so you have accurate reports for decision-making and tax time.
I’m not a CPA (I don’t file taxes), but as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified bookkeeper, I make sure your books are clean, accurate, and tax-ready. This saves you money with your CPA and helps you make better day-to-day business decisions.
What is reconciliation, and why is it important?
Reconciliation is the process of comparing your financial records (like QuickBooks) with your bank and credit card statements to make sure everything matches. It’s one of the most important steps in bookkeeping because it:
- Catches errors before they become problems
- Ensures your numbers are accurate and tax-ready
- Gives you confidence you’re making decisions with the right data
Without reconciliation, small mistakes can snowball into costly financial headaches.

How do you work virtually with clients?
Most of our clients are busy service pros who don’t have time for in-person meetings. That’s why we work virtually using secure, cloud-based tools like QuickBooks Online and secure file-sharing platforms.
We stay connected through email, video calls, and messaging — so you get accurate, reliable bookkeeping without extra hassle.
What software do you use?
We are QuickBooks Certified, and QuickBooks Online is our primary tool. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and integrates with many apps service pros already use. We can also help with setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Who We Work With
Do you only work with home service businesses?
Home service businesses (cleaning, pool care, landscaping, pressure washing) are our specialty — but we also support other service businesses that need reliable bookkeeping and financial management.
Do you work with businesses outside Jacksonville?
Yes! While we’re based in Jacksonville, FL, we work with service businesses across the U.S.
