Welcome to Bold City Bookkeeping. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of boldcitybooks.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, “Bold City Bookkeeping,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bold City Bookkeeping, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Site.

1. About This Website

The Site provides general information about Bold City Bookkeeping’s bookkeeping and financial guidance services for home service business owners. It exists so you can learn what we offer and get in touch. The Site itself does not deliver bookkeeping services — those are provided only after a separate written engagement agreement is signed.

2. No Financial, Tax, Legal, or Investment Advice

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing on the Site creates a professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Bold City Bookkeeping. 3. Not a CPA or Tax Preparer

Bold City Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping firm. We are not a CPA firm, an attorney, an Enrolled Agent, or a registered investment advisor. We do not prepare or file federal, state, or local tax returns; perform audits, reviews, or other attest services; represent clients before any taxing authority; or provide legal or investment advice. For services outside our scope, we recommend you engage an appropriately licensed professional.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only as these Terms allow. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems

References to those products do not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship from their owners unless expressly stated.

We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, products, or services of any third-party site, and your use of those sites is at your own risk and governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Contact Form and Submissions

When you submit information through our contact form or by email, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship. We will use your submission to respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send sensitive financial information — such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, login credentials, or copies of tax returns — through the contact form or unencrypted email. After we connect, we will provide a secure channel for sharing that kind of information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold City Bookkeeping and its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising from or related to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bold City Bookkeeping and its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
