    A good QuickBooks Online setup is about more than connecting your bank account. I work one-on-one with my clients to ensure they get the best QuickBooks training and setup for their business.

    We’ll get the foundation in place, which can include:

    • Creating a chart of accounts customized to your service business (the categories QuickBooks uses to sort your income and expenses)
    • Setting up your products and services so your income is tracked in a way that makes sense

    Training is practical and tailored to what you need to know, from navigating QuickBooks and recording transactions correctly to understanding the basics of keeping your books accurate. I can train you or an entire team.

    How Many QuickBooks Training Sessions Will I Need?

    That depends on your experience and comfort level. Someone brand new to QuickBooks may need several sessions and ongoing support. Someone who has used QuickBooks before but wants to make sure they’re doing things correctly may only need a couple of hours.

    How Are QuickBooks Setup Services and Training Priced?

    QuickBooks setup and training are billed hourly, with no minimum commitment. You can hire me to set up a new QuickBooks Online account and chart of accounts, train you or your team, or help establish better bookkeeping practices. You pay only for the help you need.

    Will You Connect QuickBooks to Jobber or Housecall Pro?

    In my experience, connecting these platforms directly to QuickBooks often creates more bookkeeping problems than it solves, including duplicate or incorrectly recorded transactions.

    I generally recommend using Jobber or Housecall Pro for scheduling, estimates, customer invoicing, and operational details while keeping the accounting workflow in QuickBooks Online separate and controlled.

    I set up QuickBooks Online to stand on its own, alongside the app you already use to run your business.
